受付操作の流れ（アポあり）

受付にiPadが設置されている場合 / If an iPad is placed at the reception desk

• 1. QRコードまたはパスコードを用意します / Prepare QR code or passcode

  アポイントメントメールに添付されているQRコードまたはパスコードをご用意ください。
  Please prepare the QR code or passcode attached to email.

• 2. 受付iPadで受付方法を選択します / Selecting the reception method on the iPad

  受付メニューから事前のアポイントがある場合に使用する受付方法を選択してください。
  Please select a reception method from the reception menu for prior appointments.

• 3. QRコードを読み取らせるかパスコードを入力します / Read the QR code or enter the passcode

  iPadのカメラ部分にQRコードをかざすかパスコードを入力してください。
  Hold the QR code over the camera part of the iPad or enter the passcode.

• 4. 受付完了です / Complete

  担当者にご来訪が通知されます。
  A representative will receive notification of your visit.

受付にQRが設置されている場合 / If a QR code is placed at the reception desk

• 1. パスコードを用意します / Prepare a passcode

  アポイントメントメールに添付されているパスコードをご用意ください。
  Please prepare the Passcode attached to email.

• 2. 受付に設置されたQRコードを読み取ります / Scan the QR code placed at the reception desk

  あなたのスマートフォンで受付に置かれたQRコードを読み取ってください。
  Webブラウザが起動し、受付メニューが表示されます。
  Use your smart phone to scan the QR code placed at the reception desk.
  The web menu for the receptionist will be displayed.

• 3. 受付方法を選択します / Selecting the reception method

  受付メニューから事前のアポイントがある場合に使用する受付方法を選択してください。
  Please select a reception method from the reception menu for prior appointments.

• 4. パスコードを入力します / Enter the passcode

  パスコードを入力して認証を行ってください。
  Please enter the passcode to authenticate.

• 5. 受付完了です / Complete

  担当者にご来訪が通知されます。
  A representative will receive notification of your visit.
